Assembly of the speed racer Preparing the battery compartment and battery holder
Identify the following items as well as the two short white wires and assemble them on your workbench.
Secure a white wire on the terminal labelled A.
Insert this into the end of the battery compartment labelled negative, as shown on the right.
Secure a white wire to terminal B and place it on the other battery compartment labelled positive, as shown on the right.
Take the dual terminal piece labelled C and place it on the other side of the battery compartments.
The completed battery compartments look like the image shown on the right.
The battery holder can be put on now or after the wiring is is complete.
